Carton gluing is carried out on 10 folding-gluing machines of various sizes,
equipped with automatic Easy-feeder loading and in-line glue positioning control equipment
and anti-mixing systems. The collection of glued cartons inside the shipment boxes
takes place with automatic Cartonpack filling devices or alternatively,
at the customer's request, grouped with polythene straps or in shrink-wrapped packs.
All this takes place with the highest execution quality in order to ensure high
customer packaging machine performance levels.

All the machines are integrated in a centralised real time ERP monitoring and piloting system at the Magenta site which communicates with the systems and receives their feedback in order to acquire the information necessary for traceability of all the elements according to the BRC standard.
